1. Standard Offer

To confirm a reservation under the standard offer, a 30% deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking.
Failure to pay within this period will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations can be made up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival date.

2. Non-Refundable Offer

To confirm a reservation under the non-refundable offer, a 100% deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking.
Failure to pay within this period will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Free cancellations are not permitted for this offer.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 16:00.
Check-out is by 10:00.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
Pets are not accepted.
Parties and receptions are prohibited.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Wi-Fi is available in communal areas and is free of charge.
Children can swim in the pool only under parental supervision.
Parents are responsible for their children's safety.
The apartment is available from 16:00 on the day of check-in until 10:00 on the day of check-out. Extensions are not possible due to the preparation needed for incoming guests.

4. Parking
Public parking is free of charge.
You can park on Av. Jose Gonzalez Forte or any other street in Los Gigantes. Parking on the Blue Line is paid at the municipal parking meter.

5. Key Collection
The key locker is located on the wall next to the metal entrance gate. You can open it with a code sent to you in a separate message. The code is valid for the entire stay.
On departure day, lock the apartment door and leave the key in the locker. If the key is lost or not left in the locker, a fee of EUR 100 will be incurred.
Use the locker only to pick up and return the key.

6. Security in the Apartment
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment. Please close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
A safe is available for use during your stay. You set the code yourself, and instructions are provided. Please leave the safe open before check-out.

7. Trash Disposal
Outdoor trash cans are located on Av. Jose Gonzalez Forte. To maintain the comfort of other guests, please do not leave trash in unauthorized areas.
